Etna Citrus Jam

The Tarocco Oranges, Lemons, and Late Tardivo Mandarins from Ciaculli in this jam come directly from the plain of Catania, at the foot of Etna.

Once you open the jar, you will be surprised by the citrus aroma that will captivate you and lead you, tasting it, to try to identify sometimes the orange, sometimes the lemon, sometimes the mandarin.

The Citrus Jam will surprise you: fresh, delicious, at times spicy with a slight bitter edge. Excellent consumed in the morning spread on a slice of toast, or in a slice of tart; a real load of vitamin C.
