Clementine Marmalade

The clementine marmalade is a sweet and very fragrant autumn preserve. Clementines are a cross between a mandarin and a bitter orange, and they differ from classic mandarins by the absence of internal seeds, by the smooth and thin peel, and by the characteristic sweet taste.
