I remember when, still a child, I used to accompany grandmother Clementina to the farmer to buy all the seasonal vegetables that would be needed to prepare this delicious preserve with an unmistakable flavor; in religious silence, I watched her as she cleaned and finely sliced ​​each vegetable to then cook them in vinegar. I wanted to keep her same recipe: carrots, peppers, onions, celery, and fennel come together to create a recipe with ancient flavors typical of our grandmothers.

It is obligatory to serve it accompanied with boiled meat, or even fish, or on crostini for a tasty appetizer.

75% Mixed Vegetables in varying proportions (Peppers, Carrots, Onions, Fennel, Celery) , Sunflower Seed Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Salt, Sugar.
