SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS:
1) COURIER:
Save money by purchasing more products on the shipping rate:
The cost for shipping is € 7.50 including VAT* FREE shipping for orders over € 65.00.
2) IN-STORE PICK-UP:
You can choose to pick up your order directly at our store (Hippo's café - Via Nobili 188/C - 41126 Modena). In this case, at checkout, you must select the shipping method: "In-store pick-up". Shipping costs in this case are free.
3) LOCAL DELIVERY:
For the municipalities of Modena and Castelnuovo Rangone, shipments are free, regardless of the order amount. At checkout, enter your address and select the shipping method: "Modena-Castelnuovo Rangone".
WHAT COURIER DO WE USE:
Shipments are made with SDA and Poste couriers.
The goods are delivered in 1 or 2 working days.
RULES OF OUR COURIERS:
The courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
CAREFUL PACKAGING:
Products are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport.
WHEN WE SHIP THE PRODUCT ONCE YOU HAVE PAID:
Products are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The same may vary due to force majeure or traffic and road conditions or by the Authorities, however, in none of these cases, AcqueChiare di Hippo's Cafè Snc can be held responsible.
IN CASE OF TAMPERING AND/OR COMPLAINTS:
Any complaints for damage or tampering during transport must be reported directly in writing to the Courier, and when you sign, accept the package with reservation.
For clarifications, ask the courier directly at that moment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Please provide a correct delivery address for the ordered goods to be securely received.
At the time of delivery of the material by the courier, the customer must verify that:
a) the number of packages delivered matches the one indicated at the time of order (in case of multi-package shipments);
b) the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise spoiled.
In any of these cases, the goods must be accepted with reservation.
Any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications, as well as loss or damage, must be immediately reported to the courier.
